I ordered from these before noticing…

I ordered from these before noticing the online feedback. Whilst my order did experience a delay, I found they communicated well, compensated for the delay and remained polite, courteous and apologetic. Items arrived well packaged, as ordered and are of good quality. I would definitely order again.

Just received my money back via lloyds…

Just received my money back via lloyds bank from the sham scam company and its. W⚓️ owner Andrew who despite coughing up my money ,will be receiving a visit shortly . This wipe needs a slap ..
So if you have paid money to this filth bucket then contact your bank through settings and get it back .
Military services and stipe payments need contacting aswell as this thief needs stopping asap ..He is relying on lots of people just " letting it go as a scam " and doing nothing ..
Took a week to get the money back which the W ⚓️ didnt contest even though he lied again about saying he sent the stuff..Trust me he is lying to you too .Contact your bank and get your money back .

Paid over £80 and got Nothing - Complete scam/fraud

Ordered and paid for bespoke rugby shirt , heard nothing for over a month (Despite website quoting a max of 20 days delivery) Emailed to ask what the situation was, told large items and embroidery take longer, will give you a free sweatshirt and order with me within 7 days. It is now 3 weeks later - Andrew Hall has stopped replying to email and phone doesnt get answered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Misleading delivery times, No Customer Services

Ordered 2 shirts, Blazer and trousers over a month ago, still not arrived. Have twice sent emails asking for any information on my order. But have not received the courtesy of a reply. Do not buy from this company. Misleading delivery dates and no contact if it all goes wrong.

Fast Efficient Service

Ordered a blazer for a funeral - I knew the delivery time would be up to 10 working days so I called on day 2 and asked if it could be posted by next day delivery and I would pay the extra cost. I received the blazer within 48 hours at no extra charge. Perfect fit. Thank you so much for the excellent service

Lack of customer service

Avoid this company.

I ordered a Blazer, shirt and trousers from JSC in November. Blazer was ok, shirt wasn't the greatest of quality, but the trousers they sent were the wrong size to what I had ordered.

I emailed and also rang to mention about the trousers, to which they said they would send out the correct size.

5 Months on and the trousers still haven't arrived and they now ignore all emails and calls.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all and would avoid completely.

Natalie is the star of the show

Natalie is the star of the show. I ordered my blazer and trousers for the funeral of Lt Cdr John Knight RNR. I had sent the HMS Eaglet OBA badge to JSC so that it could be professionally sewn onto the blazer, and JSC kindly shortened the trousers at no extra cost. As time passed, I became increasingly concerned that I would not have the kit in time. In desperation, I phoned again the day before the funeral, and Natalie answered; she instantly knew about the order, she also knew it was packed and due to be shipped, and she also promised to send it “Special Delivery before 1pm”. She then kept me updated by email, and, with barely one hour before I had to set off the following day, my kit arrived, and so I was properly dressed and, as part of the guard of honour, was able to give Lt Cdr Knight the respect he deserved.

Very Late, horrible state, no refund

Order a blazer 6 weeks before I needed it, turned up 2 months past the date, when told not to send as i wanted a full refund.
It arrives and i state its being returned plus AGAIN a refund.

Ive sent the blazer back and now they dont communicate and I still have no refund even with the blazer returned to them.

Do not order anything from them!

Great kit but crap delivery made it difficult

I ordered in December and no package arrived.
Emailed a couple of times and didn't get a response so went online to check reviews and got to see all these negative ones so just thought I had been bumped and wrote it off as another Internet lesson learned for me.
Then they replied, possibly Andrew?, with an email saying the parcel had been delivered to a post office almost two weeks earlier, added on a screenshot of all the Royal Mail courier info also.
Went down and it had been scanned but no email was sent out to me saying to pick it up as it had been forwarded and used a separate consignment number at that point.
Neither of our faults.

The quality of the stitching in the t-shirts is fantastic. Super clear in the smallest details of it as the badge is, like all military kit, over complicated for no reason...

Shirts were gifts for ground crew as I passed through a base for the wall of their off base ganghut and they currently stand out on the wall behind their bar.
Hoody was for an old salt in S.A. and hailed back to his Rhodesian days. To find that badge anywhere was incredible for me as I was trying to find a decent copy online to rip and email to get printed on clothing.
Again, amazing quality of hoody and stitching was thread perfect. Heavier than what I expected and a lot better than the ones I had printed previously.
Also annoying for me that the printed ones from a military friendly company were about the same cost as these stitched ones.

I'll defo order more stuff from them based on these tshirts and the hoody now that I know they are not a scam.

Also, it is a small niche business so I hope they stay on top of the customer service emails as I had resigned myself to having lost the order.
I'd have been a lot more chill if I had even got an automated " were looking into it " email.

Bottom line, really good swag, amazing detail and decent quality clothing.

I hope this review helps people decide to give them a chance.

Very good quality

There are or were obviously some delivery problems but I was very well looked after. I received two items instead of the three that I ordered but Andrew came straight back to me, apologized, and sorted the garment out. I suspect there may have been issues when they were moving to the new premises.
The product quality is very good.

Beyond expectations.

I was a bit sceptical about ordering because of some of the negative reviews, but I honestly had a great experience.

My order arrived on time, within the 10 working days (actually before!).

I was very impressed with the quality, and the badge on my jacket looked amazing - even better than expected!

I spoke to a couple of people on the phone regarding my order (can't remember their names), but both were so helpful and friendly.

They mentioned that they have moved to a new factory and employed a few more staff. Perhaps they have turned things around?

Overall, a great experience! I would definitely buy again.
