Don't order from this business

I ordered an item over a month ago and still have not received it. I sent an email to ask where my order is and have not received any reply. If I do not hear from the company within the next 7 days, I will be taking out a small claim to recover my money and costs.
Had I read the reviews, I would not have ordered from this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered rugby shirt in June 2025, still have not received it, contacted company via phone and email, emails not returned even from Jane customer services, when got Andrew Hall by phone told in post will get it by end of week, have been given 2 tracking numbers, items were never dispatched to royal mail. This company appears to be a total scam, and pray on individuals who in some cases are at their lowest, I ordered by shirt to try and pick me up from a harrowing and stressful time I was having, the company needs looking into, if they are not providing the service they say they are, what else are they not doing, perhaps inland revenue need to be informed and also VAT people, what this company is doing surly is fraudulent and the owner Andrew Hall should be held accountable, after all he's taking money from us, is he declaring it for tax etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Order completed Nov 28th and still…

Order completed Nov 28th and still awaiting delivery, or even ANY acknowledgement to my multiple emails and messages regarding an update. Quick to take my money (and the products are not cheap!) but NO contact since or even an indication of my order being sent for delivery. Wish I had read the reviews first! Absolutely disgusting people are being treated this way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Take your business elsewhere, unprofessional, (possible scam) company.

I have recently retired from the Canadian Armed forces and placed an order with this company for a regimental crested blazer, Oxford shirt and pant on the 17th of Oct in order to establish a quality assessment for future orders from a regimental association, fully understanding that it wasn't likely i would receive it in time for remembrance day, of course I had tempered my expectations.

I have attempted to contact this company through a series of 4 emails (1st to their websites listed inquiry address, 2nd to said address plus the one listed on the invoice, the 3rd addressed to the aforementioned as well as a customer service rep I found responding here on trustpilot) since ordering, initially seeking ANY info regarding the status of the order, particularly a tracking number in the event it was in transit. I later asked for any legitimate proof that the order had even been actioned, i followed up with attempts to call (no answer) or message their facebook page.

They had no problem taking my payment on the 17th of October, but have not responded to any of my queries whatsoever, and I have zero missed call attempts or replies from anyone from this company.

Nil response from facebook, emails or phone even though i included invoice number, order number and my contact info to them.

Put plainly I will be reaching out across the NCO networks in Canada to RSMs to inform them of my experience in dealing with this company, If anything I'm happy to know that my experience will dissuade other current serving members and veterans from this abhorrently unprofessional (waiting to find out if it is yet a scam artist) sham company.

This company continued to post new product lines on Facebook, Myself and others began to call out our experiences on his new posts, He then engaged me in the comment section with claims that due to a 2 pattern embroidery option (not shown or listed on the website) that they had "attempted to email me several times" and to check my junk mail, there were zero attempts on this companies behalf to reach out to me or reply to my emails for almost 5 months after the initial order was made. I received an email when he engaged me on facebook and he had commented about the "option issue" this was on 12 Feb 26. I genuinely believe that this was nothing more than a ploy to save face and buy time, as i had aklso asked him to forward his "previous emails" I was told i would receive a refund on the 12th, and nil response when i asked him to advise me when it would be processed. its now been over a week, he has blocked my facebook account from the company page and there has been no refund issued. The fact that they push "guarantees" just before Remembrance Day is appauling, even for a fraudster. When i receive a refund i will update this review. But the fact still stands that if the issue of which coloured pattern to embroider was the hold up, there should have been an attempt to contact me within the timeline of the guarantee. they hadnt attempted to so much as embroider my order and it wasnt until i had initiated an investigation through my bank and declared as much publicly that there was an attempt to respond. I have maintained screenshots of all of my accounts and correspondences and will be submitting them to other agencies and possibly media. I'm surprised UK veterans of Afghanistan and other modern conflicts havent squared this guy off.

Ordered an embroidered blazer shirt and…

Ordered an embroidered blazer shirt and trousers for my father's burial , it was explained what it was for and I was promised it would arrive on time. After the delivery date passed I tried contacting Andrew from joint services clothing by text email and phone but couldn't get through and had no reply. The items never arrived leaving me no alternative but to buy from the high street a normal suit , very disappointing as my father couldn't be buried in what he would have wanted.

Genuine company. Good quality.

Emailed for an update and had a reply 4 or 5 days later and have just received my order 20 days after ordering).
Everything as ordered plus a free army veteran jumper (must be time to retire!). Good quality, excellent embroidery. I guess they have just been busier than expected and struggling with the number of orders. I would definitely use them again.

So i bought a blazer from this company thinking maybe it had something to do with military or at least an x service vet, buisness all i can say is i should of read reviews first, after initial order recipt recieved, was told 10 to 14 days del, it never arrived, after sending an email i was informed by customer service it would be despatched that day, guess what it did not,after a few email tel calls all ignored, it arrived, dissapointed is an under statement, the blazer was the worst id ever seen was more like a kids school blazer, the pockets looked like they had been just cut out and stiched on to the blazer no pocket flaps, and a regimental badge id never ever seen anywere within my former regt, and absalute piece of rubbish, as for the title joint service title dont be fooled, i think they are in line with bob marlys joint service. Ive bought better quality clothing from shien, as for return i tried to tel but just got machine. So ill put it down to a really bad experiance. Please read other reviews there not a good company to deal with, after rec payment. Cheap trash.

The Joint Service Clothing service has…

The Joint Service Clothing service has been appallingly. As an ex-serviceman of 32yrs I cannot believe how they can hold such a name and be so bad suppliers to ex and serving Servicemen/women. I have placed two orders with them one of which had never arrived and the other which arrived 20 working days after order and was do ill fitting I sent it back. No refunds after many emails and phone calls

Ignorant

Placed an order got confirmation email and email invoice all looked good 2 weeks passed no update on delivery emailed the 2 email address I had no response sent message on Facebook messenger business chat got a reply next day few days later still no update sent 2 nd message which got read and ignored

I placed an order on the 23rd Sept still not received 20th Nov dispite several emails now reply they took my money and nothing received back I have asked for my money back nothing back so far not happy with the lack of customer care

Do not order from this business

Order acknowledged, money taken but absolutely no communication and no item delivered. Total scam. I have e mailed and phoned multiple times but no response. Do not order from this business.

It would seem the company total rip off are using…

It would seem the company are using different tactics now, Andrew has invented a “Jane” who promises to deal with problems but then has the same ignorance Andrew shows. Sky News are taking this up on a report about companies that scam veterans apparently they running the story from 17/11/25 I’ve kissed goodbye to my £180 but hope others learn

The one I did not reply to was when you wrote to me saying I am Andrew in a dress which given I’m not, and the email landed at 1am, I chose not to reply as I found it a little unpleasant when I am here to help. My previous email explained that we have re done your order and also made you some free items to apologise. Like with all these things, communication is key and that is why I contacted you and asked for a phone call. I then got your email calling me Andrew in a dress so paused to reflect on that before responding. I take my role very seriously but obviously do not want to receive such emails. I will reply to you however and still ensure to resolve your issues
