Wanted to order some kit for remembrance Sunday as I am a veteran before the cut off, so I emailed them a few questions before I ordered. Shockingly they did not respond to any of my emails so they lost a sale. I have no confidence that this site is legitimate. They have let me down.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!
They will happily take your money, tell you they have sent your order and play you along so that you miss the deadline with your credit card company to complain. But the product never shows up and they stop responding to emails. They are not to be trusted.

Total Ripoff, should have read the reviews first. 14 days to process a t shirt after paying. Then no t shirt, no answering emails, no answering phone calls, just answering machine with no reply. As of Aug 29 still no t shirt.
THEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED.....

Order finally arrived.
It did take its time but I'm more than happy with my order.
Took a few emails etc.
Hopefully they back on track now.

No goods arrived no response to e mails avoid at all costs they are SCAMMERS

Terrible Company. Took my money over two months ago. Won't answer email or phone calls. Had to put in a dispute with my credit card company today. Avoid at all costs.

Very friendly and helpful staff when I ordered new buttons for my Dads army blazer. Quality of the buttons was great and the DCLI coat of arms was very clear and precise. Would definitely recommend.

Always had professional service from Andy. Despite one of my orders going missing (due to RM) he organised a replacement along with £200 worth of extra freebies for the inconvenience caused. Kept his word and had delivery within 12 hours. Fantastic!

Andrew and company fulfilled my extremely short notice order, not only on time but with days to spare, they kept me informed along the way and were easy to contact. Fake shop! Scam! Fraud!
They will confirm your order online and take your money but will not deliver anything.
If any communication by email, then it will stop after telling you one time lies about delay and soon delivery.
Phone is not picked up. Adress is an empty place. Its all fake!!!

Fantastic services I ordered a blazer for my husband which was a very obscure unit and not only did it arrived in 5 days Joint Services even managed to engrave the buttons to match the badge which was fantastic. I inadvertently order the wrong size trousers and they send out a replacement pair and would not accept any money for extra postage cost. Outstanding service.One very happy customer.

Ordered a blazer for a funeral.
Royal mail lost the item, customer services at JSC chased the item down and ensured it arrived on time, they even had another item ready to send special delivery to ensure I had it on time.

I commented to my wife about the excellent customer service.

Upon coming on here to leave my review I was shocked to see a number of bad reviews, this is certainly not what I experienced.

I will certainly order from this company again. My item is as described, fits perfectly and was delivered on time, to my tight schedule, with good communication all the way through.

Ordered polo shirts for a trip abroad and had text embroidered on the underside of the shirt with custom messages unique to each party. Great jokes and services all round.

We have ordered a number of different items with our own created logo on, we have a small holding and wanted to represent our animals, we ordered hoodies, polo shirts, gilets for adults and children and even personalised face masks. We love the products and continue to use this great serve, no faults with the products at all.

So pleased with the jacket I ordered, my order was quite specific as not a standard size. I called joint services clothing to discuss my requirements. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful, he advised he could fulfil my order. I had tried other companies but they were unable to assist. Happy to say the jacket was to my exact requirements and received promptly in the timescale quoted of 10 days. Would definitely recommend

Its a con. Rang them with questions left a few messages they never got back to me. Read the other reviews they are a con.

I ordered Regimental causal clothing for a Battalion reunion on 8th February 2023 (six items) and too date 11 April 2023 I have not received my order.

No explanation on email, the phone is never answered and it appears no chance of getting my refund.

Reported this company to Trading Standards and am now taking legal action via the Small Claims Court.
