We are a family run business, which was created in the summer of 2014. It started with just myself (Jo) and a handful of beads. I had no plan, no goal and absolutely no idea of where this journey would go. Here I am, 5 years in and now I can dare to call myself an established business and growing rapidly. We have a network of beaders, including many family members and those who I consider being friends. An army of consultants championing the Jo James brand and some of these ladies are entering their 3rd or 4th year and this is a testament to the brand that they too love with a passion. We primarily use glowing beads that catch and reflect the light creating a mesmerising, almost hypnotic glow. We love to sparkle at Jo James and have a range to glitter and glow. We also have a popular range of semi-precious gemstones, which all carry their own spiritual meaning and this is a range that will be increasing vastly in the coming weeks and months. We probably have the largest choice of bracelets, necklaces, anklets, and earrings. you'll certainly be spoilt for choice.

So many beautiful choices
It was so hard to decide what to order for my friend's birthday as there is such a great selection of beautiful jewellery on the site. As my friend loves pink and shiny things, the bracelet I chose was perfect as it has both. Very efficient service and I expect I'll be ordering more in the future.

A perfect gift…
I bought an orange coloured bead necklace and bracelet to go with an outfit I bought for my Sister’s birthday.
She was about to go on a cruise. It arrived promptly and complimented her gift perfectly. She loved them. I was very happy too.

I ordered 3 large anklets in various colours from a friend who’s a rep. They arrived within a few days and are really lovely. I’m only a size 12 but ordered the large as I don’t like them tight. I added extra charms and they are much bigger than I thought but are great. Would definitely order more items 😀

A great find
Great value for money. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. The size I ordered was longer than I expected - my mistake- but I will have no hesitation in ordering the shorter size today as I was so pleased overall. The beads weren’t quite as navy as expected, more a royal blue (IMO!!), but still lovely and a good buy.

I ordered a watch for a preeent and it did not indicate it was coming from china it show 3/4 days delivery it was 3 weeks and obv automated replies when chasing . It came too late and was not my style. It quite clearly had stated refunds were easy however they are refusing after 10 emails I get the same answer no I will never use again and am disgusted
