I ordered a dress but after 6 working…
I ordered a dress but after 6 working days it had still not arrived. I emailed their customer services and 2 days later it arrived. The fit and quality are excellent and I’m very impressed with the dress. I would certainly order from them again.
You will be chasing refunds for weeks and weeks
Avoid. Jolie Moi takes 4+ weeks to process refunds, and return your money. The Consumer Act requires merchants to return money within 14 days. Jolie Moi ignore this and you’ll be chasing refunds for weeks. Ordered twice from their brand via Boohoo. Never again.
The first time they received the return on 24 April, and I chased so many times that I had to file a chargeback with my bank. My refund was finally issued 3 weeks later on 13 May, after the chargeback was filed.
Second order, 5 out of the 7 dresses I ordered never turned up. I raised the issue SO many times through Boohoo, only for them to extend the deadline four times, saying they had to contact Jolie Moi but had heard nothing back. The dresses were supposedly sent out on 07 May. I was told if not received by 19 May, it will be considered lost. This was extended to 23 May, then 28 May, then 02 June. I was truly fed up and sadly had to file a chargeback again for the £250 value of missing dresses. My bank refunded me on 09 June as a result of the chargeback. The two dresses that did turn up, I returned. No surprises to say that they have been received 10 days ago and I am still waiting for a refund/some communication.
I have only ever filed 1 other chargeback with my banks in my life, aside from these above occasions. It is terrible to see so many have the same experience. It is such a shame too because their dresses are lovely. I would completely avoid. I do not put it down to boohoo either as boohoo-own items in the same order were refunded promptly. Just avoid I am put off Boohoo now anyway, plus Jolie Moi.
Basildon unit
I drove from Kent to Basildon, Essex where their unit is because I wanted to try a particular dress on.
The website said that they were open but when I got there, there was no answer at the door.
I tried ringing them but they didn't answer the phone either.
A completely wasted journey.

Shocking company never order from hear because if you send any thing back you got to wait at least 3 weeks to get you money back I’m still waiting 22 days and still not received my refund
Dress colour and totally different to photo
I ordered this dress initially via John Lewis and then via Jolie Moi. I thought JL had sent me the wrong dress as it is totally different pattern and colour than advertised but the same dress came from JM. The sizes are also small but quality ok. I wish I had read the reviews but thought it must be an ok company if JL were selling it! Now I hope I get a prompt refund!

Cheap poor quality dress
Ordered jolie moi dress via Next. Really poor quality and finish. Threads hanging loose and a hole in the collar. Rayon fabric thin and cheap. Absolute rip off for £72. Avoid this brand at all costs!
Love Jolie Moi
I have bought many dresses from Jolie Moi and love them all. They are my go to for so many occasions. The fit is good, as is the material. I do agree with one comment that there can be a smell on the clothes when they arrive but nothing a quick wash won’t get rid off.
Frustrated online shopOrdered a dress online from Debenhams
Ordered a dress online from Debenhams. Came quickly but the dress was the wrong colour... Dress came directly from Jolie moi so I have to return direct to them. Saying return will have to be paid for unless faulty or wrong product received in which case I have to email them directly within 3 days of receiving the package. Only problem being, is that there email link given on their website just comes up with page not found. Got in touch with Debenhams but they weren't much good and just said to return to Jolie moi. Anyone had any success with an email for them could you please post on here. Silly me ordered the dress again through debenhams in the hope it was just a mistake but after reading reviews realise it was a mistake to do so. Guessing they just gonna send the wrong colour again as they have probably sold out of the one I want. Just seen trust pilot will send the review to Jolie moi if I want. Good luck with that as it is the same email address that can't be found if you go through the link on their website.

As John Lewis were out of stock of the Jolie Moi dress I wanted, I ordered direct from the supplier. I had read reviews on here first, but despite many negative comments, overall I decided it was worth a gamble as some customers were very satisfied. I am happy to say I am one of the latter types!
I wasn't sure whether I would need a 12 or a 14 so ordered both and returned the larger one in accordance with the (very clear) instructions on the delivery note. The refund showed in my account within 5 days of them receiving the returned dress.
I am delighted with the dress I have kept; it is quite long (I am 5'7" and it's slightly below mid-calf on me) but fits and moves beautifully and will be very comfortable and flattering for a spring wedding. Love the hidden pockets!
Give them a width berth
I ordered 2 dresses to try (via Debenhams). Received 6th March. The quality was ok but the were way too long &, frankly, smelt revolting. Both returned in 8th March. Tracked postage & they were received 10th March. Absolutely no sign of a refund.
Returns made to other online shops were refunded within 72 hours.
Appalling lack of customer service. Will never use them again.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Bought two dresses and returned one. Paid £5.60 postage for signed for. Still no refund a month later. Email communication woeful and I fear I will have to do battle to get my money back. The dresses are lovely but won’t order again, life’s too short.

Another scam yet again, leaving myself out of pocket. I ordered bridesmaids dresses, for my wedding as getting married on a budget and they are reasonably priced. I ordered two different sizes so my maids had an option. As it clearly states that it’s easy returns, you just have to email to request one. In the last week and half, I have sent three emails requesting for a refund. I have not received any correspondence from them at all. There is also no phone number that I can contact so I’m now stuck.
Still awaiting goods after 5 weeks
I have like many others on here never received my goods from 3 feb the amount £69 .00 for a stihl saw . It said delivery in 2/3 working days on adverts it’s now over a month .
Have sent emails every week now with the same person coming back to me with different answers rest assured your goods will be delivered courier problems . They have now been told I want a refund and are contacting my bank to deal with them .

Worried after reading reviews - Needn't have been!
I ordered 2 different sizes in a dress from Jolie Moi before I had read the reviews. When I did, I was really worried that either I wouldn't get the dresses or that they would be poor quality or that when I returned one (or both) I wouldn't get a refund. The opposite happened. The goods arrived in good time and the dress was lovely quality. I sent the return back, got confirmation within the timeframe that it had been received and the refund appeared in my bank account yesterday. Not sure what has happened with the unhappy customers but I am definitely not one of them.

I ordered a dress on 11th November but it was not suitable so I sent it back via tracked Royal Mail. I checked that it had been received but have yet to receive the refund. Despite emailing I have not had any reply or refund!
Online there seems to be 2 email addresses both I have tried but no reply.
