John truly excels as a representative. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves without a single concern, as he managed every detail flawlessly and exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we'll be choosing John Kelsall - Jolly Holidays for our future plans.

John has been absolutely fantastic twice now, couldn't be more helpful, makes it so easy & takes all the stress away, I'll not book a holiday any other way.

John Kensall was fabulous! He has helped us a couple of times now and I can’t fault the service. Nothing is too much trouble for him to check, and service after booking was first class. Would definitely recommend

Brilliant service and very helpful. Always replied to my questions on hotels and giving prices on different hotels.

John went above and beyond to get me the exact holiday I had requested. Kept in contact throughout the booking and offered help if I needed it through every step of the holiday.

John has done it again we had a fab holiday in Benidorm as a quick get away He always gets me the right bargains x will definitely book again

We’ve had an amazing holiday in Crete which was booked through John and Jolly Holidays . The hotel was in a great location and it was probably one of the best hotels we have stayed in . Everything ran smoothly from leaving home and arriving back .

Unreal experience with John. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he came back really quick. Booking, paying, booking seats and all the paperwork was easy as 1, 2 ,3. John kindly updated us on flight changes and kept in touch with us. Thank you for everything mate, will definitely book again.

That’s all I need to say but will say more.
While I haven’t had my Holliday as yet that John has booked for me I cannot fault his expertise and efficiency at all.
Went through the whole booking highlighting key points effectively and we booked the Holliday so easily.
I then stupidly realized 2 months later I had double booked with another annual yearly uk trip however John has changed everything with more with ease then I I thought possible I thought it would be a nightmare but John has taken care of everything.
All sorted and can’t wait to visit Venice and of course book more Hollidays with jolly’s and John x

Have booked my holidays with John for a few years now and nothing is too much trouble. He sorts everything, sends all the details across and beats any price we have found! I have just booked my 2nd holiday with John and I would definitely recommend 100% !!!! I’ve been so scared of booking a holiday in the past as it’s always overwhelmed me and John does all of that stressful bit and makes it a lot easier to deal with and handle. Been booking my holidays with John now for years just come back from palma nova last minute booking made by John and everything went smoothly again . Amazing service from start to finish. So much more convenient and hassle free for our group booking to have real people to speak to and not automated phone lines and chat bots. Cheaper than TUI. Would not hesitate to reccomend or use again. Thank you both
