I am in our local Jollyes store at least once or twice a week and they know me by first name and vice versa. They are all lovely staff and nothing is a bother to them.
Since Jollys have stopped doing the loose dog treats in favour of the prepacked ones, my dog doesn't like them. Even my neighbours dog doesn't like them. I'm now having to travel to another pet store... See more

The best customer service.🐕
They give me the best customer service.The young lady took her time and helped me work out a feeding diet for my dog who had been very sick and I was struggling to know how to get him back on track . Another man came over too and offered fantastic advice. Really made my day. I was so worried and I really can't express how important their support was to me today. Fantastic service.
