The assistant asked if I wanted a bag…
The assistant asked if I wanted a bag but never said I had to pay got a shock when got home when the price of bag was on receipt at 40p
Jollyes store at Barugh Green, Barnsley. If the assistant asks if you want a bag it should be free if the customer asks for a bag then that is different.
I thought he was giving me the bag free as I had a few items to carry. Not good customer service at all.
