The sales assistant (Sam) was knowledgeable about the dog seat belts and training leads. She heard us talking and offered her advice and extra information. She came across as interested in our situation.
Because of her interaction with us, we both commented later, that we would choose to go there over the other local pet shop.

Prices are very reasonable
I booked an appointment at the store. The girls were very friendly and helpful. On the day I was very happy with my dogs treatment and care. The staff are lovely and I'll be bringing my dog back for another shampoo and de-shed. Prices are very reasonable

I asked for a make of dry dog food - they didn't do it. I asked for a treat dispenser for a small dog - they didn't do that either!
