Very Helpful
After trying to book my dog to be groomed with the website, and not being very successful, I called the Jollyes grooming parlour and spoke to a very helpful Kelly Bozier and got my dog booked in. Very happy with the customer care that Kelly provided.

I have always visited the bedford branch from the minute i bought my cat and the staff their have been nothing but helpful and seem to have ALOT of knowledge on pets and diets etc. The booking system for immunisation works well without long waiting time. Staff are very friendly and approachable. The variety of items from food to toys are great!

Such friendly staff
As always, the staff were so friendly. I used the Jolly Groomer service with a very nervous dog but Eloise’s calm and professional manner soon calmed her down. My dog was returned happy and smelling of roses (well baby powder actually!😁). A good experience, thank you 👍
