Went in to buy chappie chicken dry dog food.4/5 month ago on offer at £7.60p following month £5 off if you spend £20 or more (still good price)last month £9 . This month £10 BUT YOU GET A STAR which is worth basically nothing. What happened to offers discounts vouchers for pet club members .. Sorry but this is a joke will now check on line for prices and NOT use not so jolly Jollyes

Dissatisfied customer
The loyalty awards that jollyes promote is a total waste of time. To receive a bonus point for spending over £10 is pointless when you buy a bag of dog biscuits for £36 and you receive only 1 point. Where is the loyalty in that scheme. That means if I buy five bags at the same value, which will be £180 i will receive only 5 points but if I purchase 18 individual items just over £10 I will get 18 points. You need to wakeup and base any loyalty bonus on the value of the money spent in your stores.i for one am amazed at this so called loyalty scheme and will go elsewhere in the future to buy pet food. What a waste of time, you should try to encourage people into your store, not rip them off with such a foolhardy scheme. One very dissatisfied customer, you must try harder.

I asked how I could have my dog food on repeat and save and the cashier didn’t have a clue what it was.
I heard voices in the back room and she didn’t even suggest to ask a colleague.
Very disappointed in the service.
