Lifestage Range - excellent product

Terribly rude staff
This is the second time I've purchased live mice (as pets) from Jollyes and yet again the staff were incredibly rude. They speak to customers like criminals, interrogating and pushing sales of over priced food and bedding etc. It's disgusting the way they speak to people. I had been asked by my daughter to purchase additional mice after last one had died. Had she not of been insistent on mice I'd of never returned. Hopefully I will never have to shop here again. Definitely not a good experience 😕 I'd recommend people buy their pets from a reputable breeder not this place which just want to push sales. I spoke to both staff members and both equally rude!

Helpful and knowledgeable
Went by a hamster and the workers were very helpful. Told us everything we needed to know as it was our first pet hamster. They checked we had all the suitable equipment for it. Will definitely be going back for more pets in the future.

The people in my local Jollyes pet shop are really friendly, helpful and informative. They're always happy to help with a smile on their face.
