Fabulous Service at Congresbury
Fabulous welcoming staff whom have all the knowledge you will need about your pet. This is my fourth visit for a pet, I have Parakeets and Guinea Pigs and the service and support from the ladies at Cadbury garden centre has been fabulous for both my fury and feathered friends

i rang jollyes on sunday 18/2 to ask if they had any budgies for sale i was told they had 5 so in the afternoon we drove the 20 miles to jollyes 40 miles round trip. I said to one of the assistants i would like to but a rainbow budgie only to be told they were not for sale until monday 19/2 so wasted are time i should have been told over the phone they were not for sale until monday made the 2nd trip on monday

Enquired about purchasing a bird and cage accessories etc at Jolly’s in Cadbury Garden Centre Congresbury.
Such a helpful girl gave us a lot of time and help about purchasing and reserving a cage so we will be ready to pick a bird when we come back from our holidays.

The staff member was very freindl
The staff member was very freindl, she checked what we had in place at home to bring the hamster before selling, gave good advice on care. My daughter is a very happy hamster owner now. All the animals at jollies looked healthy and well cared for unlike other pet stores.

The team at jolleys at Cadbury garden centre are always incredibly helpful and friendly. They are happy to answer any questions about products or recommend something when asked. They recognise me as a repeat customer and always have a friendly chat. Quality of the food suits my dog but the service is what keeps me purchasing.

Outstanding service
The young lady that helped with our purchase was outstanding. She left no stone unturned and helped set the nice cage up for us. My daughter was at ease throughout and this is unusual for her.
