From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Autumn, your little star
I’ve been a fan of Jollyes for years ,,, but this last week really was the best thing ever,,,, at Jollyes Connswater Branch, a wonderful girl called Autumn,, (an absolute Gem) IMO came to my rescue, we have 3 pets , 2 mad cats and a mad dog, I explained how our cats were, and she recommended wet and dry food for them , now , no lies here, they have stopped fighting with each other, toileting issues are so much more delightful shall we say,,, and they are so much more calmer around each other,,, so I think you have an absolute legend on your team, I did go in and see her today about the dog, so we are on a journey to keep our pets very healthy,,, thank you Autumn,,, your fabulous..

Jollyes connswater has gone downhill…
Jollyes connswater has gone downhill over the last several months, the original staff were friendly and welcoming. Some of the new staff are not as welcoming as the original staff were. Was in your store earlier and the staff member didn't even ask if I was in your petclub. The store doesn't seem to stock some basic items or doesn't get stock in for months. I will unlikely be back to your connswater store.
Am also considering leaving your pet club as cant see any benefit from being a member.
