Customer service
Went to Coventry branch yesterday for first time and the customer service was excellent , not sure of staff members name but he was polite and so helpful. He genuinely went out of his way to help with suggestions and advice which was greatly received. Absolute credit to the store .

What can I say? Nothing less than a fantastic experience, the staff on duty were just so friendly and helpful nothing was too much for them.
They genuinely care about the animals and want what is best for them
Our dog has to go in for surgery and will be in a crate for 6 weeks post op, the staff were so caring and helpful with everything he will need to be able to recover during this period
Thank you to all the staff
Will bring Frankie in to see you when he’s feeling better

The manageress goes above and beyond to help my little Westie who has been very poorly with inflammatory bowel disease. She is very knowledgeable about food for my dog. My dog is now improving with your grain free wet and dry food.
