The saff are great
The saff are great, it's only my 2nd visit since the shop was taken over by Jolleys, and still getting used to what you stock, there now seems to bea poor supply of food pouches of 150g the only ones are James well be good who have lowered the contents to 90g pouches in there box for about the same cost as before

Customer service excellent, very helpful staff always, some treats are too pricey for me to purchase for my dog, he was given a taster of a treat that he absolutely loved, but when I went to purchase a pack of 3 they were too expensive

Just not impressed with their attitude
Just not impressed. I managed an animal feed store for 15 years and am used to a friendly staff. Here I was met with 2 gents. One who tried to force my pup to sit by putting hands on him, before he was allowed a treat. Then walked straight into him as I was browsing because "dogs usually get out of my way".
The other chap was just plain surly and barely engaged with me, much less my dog.
Not an environment that would encourage me to shop there again

Very friendly staff. Welcoming and always offer help. Well stocked store clean tidy. Always customers in the store, dogs welcome . Large availability of treat, toys, ect. Everything you need for all your pets. Enjoyable experience
