Great selection of dog beds at good prices. Also found some nice soft chews for my dog - she can chew a plastic bone no trouble but a hard 'treat' no!

There was a long queue and only one staff at the till, he was polite but said nothing like sorry for waiting, don't know whether it was because of lunchtime or short of staff

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I visited the Dartford store as that is my local one and I always get great customer service. They are always happy to help when asked and are always friendly.
My only negative is that The pick and mix biscuits are often empty. Please can you send stock more often so all are available!!
