Polite, professional, lovely service

I havent visited the dover store in a few months now and I dont think i will be coming back. Upon arriving, there were no trolleys, which i later found out was because they were full of stock in the middle of the shop! No staff anywhere to be seen for a good 10 minutes of being in the store. So many prices were missing, i left behind a lot of things i wanted, simply because there was no price, and no staff around to ask for assistance. The urine smell around parts of the store was eye watering. Its sad to see how low the store has slipped. I briefly saw a young man, he was polite but scuttled away quickly and didnt offer any assistance. At the till, i was left waiting alone for a few minutes. When the manager arrived, he did not smile or greet me. He just began to scan my shopping. He seemed like my presence there was merely an inconvenience. I asked about the charity cause this year as i would like to donate, but he didnt have much to say so i didnt donate in the end. I was incredibly disappointed with this visit. The previous manager helped me on many occasions in the past, as i run a dog walking & training facility and often have questions about products that could assist me. I wont be returning again.

The 2 members of staff that looked after me were excellent. went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my visit.
I am disappointed that the range of reptile stock has been shattered to non existent and will prevent me from shopping there again. but that cant be taken away from the amazing staff that work tirelessly to keep the business running perfectly.
