Good first visit for us

No longer stocks fish
I went in to get a couple of fish for my new tank set up. All the tanks were empty and I was told they will not be restocking in future which was a huge disappointment. The only live animals I saw were a pair of Australian finches. The staff were polite and could not be faulted but it was still a wasted journey.

Awkward beginning
My two dogs came out well groomed and staff were happy for them to stay together until they were both collected. Four stars as I can only choose the groomer available on the website (Eccles store) but the company then ring you to explain the staff member on the website can’t handle big dogs, so I cancelled. When I rearranged a few days later I could only select the same staff member that cant handle large dogs 💁🏻♀️ Luckily (after saying the breed of one of my dogs was known to be aggressive) they groomed my German Shepherd and said how wonderful he had been. May book again
