Great customer service
We took our seven month old puppy to get fitted with a harness. The young lady who served us (sorry I didn’t get her name) was amazing, so patient and lovely with Beryl who is a big strong girl at almost 30kg. She let us try numerous harnesses to get the correct size and fit.

Eccles is a great store
I’ve always found the staff at the Eccles store very helpful and friendly . The vet herself is also a lovely lady , happy and jolly and takes care of our dogs very well .
