Highly recommend
Everyone was so friendly and all stopped to talk to me and my dog who was there for annual immunisations. The vet and assistant were brilliant. The costs for annual immunisations was much cheaper than my normal vet and I will continue to use them going forward.

Very disappointed as I had left home…
Very disappointed as I had left home without my 15% off card and cashier wouldn’t give me discount even though my details are on the system. This was very disappointing and unfortunately would make me not go back to Jolleys and go to the other pet provider nearby

I always receive brilliant service. The staff are always very helpful and will help with advice and help with carrying heavy items to the till or my car. They will always ask for your post code to give the discount available in store and give me, the customer the next months discount card. The staff are friendly and courteous, a rare commodity today.
