Sophie helped me choose a harness for my puppy for car journeys and was really helpful. She didn’t try to push the most expensive option, knowing it was only temporary while the puppy grows, which I really appreciated. I also needed help finding another item and she kindly showed me exactly where it was. Friendly, honest, and very helpful service!
