The staff are great and most personable , as our gsd’s have fussy tummy’s the natural raw meat is excellent , appreciate there’s a space limit , but as a regular customer would like to see more stock available , plus the offers are good discounts , but clearer labelling would be easier to see which products are on offer , size wise

The humanity
What truly makes my experience great at Jolleyes is the humanity in the sale.
So I visited a competitor last week and bought a collar for my dog in which my purchase had a coupon that I could claim in my email. To my surprise, the app would no longer download on my phone which meant I couldn’t have what was clearly issued to me “without the app” how is this possible?!
Anyhoo thank you Jolleyes for being on my doorstep and keeping the humanity in every sale.
Also the staff is always lovely.

You don't need to change how you run your clinic its a good idea. It's a shame that you don't do more stuff like cut nails get the insurance for that .but your great vets you have got. More shops should have something like this like rspca clinics or your guys you use in jolly

It's my favourite pet store in the Gloucester area, absolutely lovely staff who are very friendly and always happy to help with good advice about One's Fur-babies! A great selection of products, very competitive prices and Jollyes own brand of dog/cat food, LifeStage, has quality ingredients which has been beneficial to my dog & 2 cats, who seem to enjoy all flavours of their kibble. Skipper(Staffie) , Maypal & Tinsal have better, shinier coats, more energy & their stools are much firmer since having LifeStage food. Highly recommend Jollyes to any Pet-parents! 🐈🐈⬛🐕💖

Amazing service
Amazing service, only people my dog is excited to see. Perfect space for training around distractions as it is clean and tidy. The scales is really helpful for checking if my dog is growing and if I am feeding her enough food. Staff are passionate and know what they're talking about. They always have suggestions when I mention challenges I've faced. Like more enrichment and games during her heat to minimise destructive behaviour and showed me the best ones for big dogs. Me and my dog love going in. I'm not sure what benefits I'm getting from being a pet club member though.

Have been to Jollyes plenty of times
Have been to Jollyes plenty of times. My very nervous dog loves going in and always feels a bit too “relaxed”. Fantastic customer service! However, on this occasion, the shop assistant working was outstanding! Very helpful, friendly and welcoming. An absolute asset to Jollyes.
We will certainly be back soon!
