Phoned (Gloucester) local store to check availability. Although pleasant, I'm not convinced she knew what she was looking for and kept repeating the word "transporter". I'm enquiring about the Cheeko easy up dog soft crate in the medium size. I bought one from them in store 7 years ago and now need another one as my new second dog loves it too. So I phoned Monday 3rd November 2025. Ordered it online on the same day. They took the money from my account on Tuesday 4th November. It's now the 8th November and my order has not moved, no communication from them. Their customer service is not available on weekends.
All in all a very poor experience. I now can't phone until Monday 10th November (no customer service on weekends), which will then be a week since placing the order. I guess a refund will take a further week. I wish I had gone down to the store in person. I will not be ordering from them again, nor enter the store. In fact, I haven't got anything positive to say to recommend them to anyone. In order to order online, I had to create an account, just so they can bombard you with irrelevant offers - which will be closed.

##Edit# order arrived this morning (8 days after placing the order). I was home, the courier (DHL) left on doorstep without ringing or knocking on the door.
Very poor experience. No notifications from Jollyees advising order status (didn't know if it had been despatched), just the initial email about receiving order. No customer service at weekend. An account with them just shows what you've ordered and no updates.
If I had gone into the store I would probably had this a week ago, but I phoned before travelling to check stock availability. I won't make that mistake again. Also, if the person answering the phone knew all the products - then I could have driven straight down.
Always welcoming when I visit. Great advice at hand when needed. Store always feels inspiring with really good prices!
Called to store to check stock of boots for poorly dog paw. Answered quickly, confirmed stock availability and went to buy in store - all within 25 minutes!
Shop assistant came from behind the till to look at cat carrier with me. She was very helpful in showing me the product

My advice is that customer service should be a positive and friendly interaction, times are hard enough without coming away feeling beyond disappointed.
