Space to move around and look, well stocked

I found everything I needed to keep my gorgeous little budgerigar cage clean, and him happy and well fed.

Person on the till was super chatty and friendly.

My dog (cocker spaniel) has been groomed regularly here since July 2024 and he is now 16 months old. He loves the groomer and she always does the cut I requested and he always looks gorgeous. He had a "puppy experience" at first to get used to the process. Would thoroughly recommend this spa.

The staff is really helpful

Nice store with very friendly staff. Only negative comment to make is the level and variety of dog food/treats appears to be diminishing. The small bags of dog biscuits haven't been available for the past few weeks and I believe they are no longer going to be available.

Very friendly staff,they put you at ease as soon as your there and take good care of your pet.

The staff at Jolleys, the vets upstairs and the groomers were incredibly professional and very kind all throughout the time we had our dog, who passed away recently.
The staff on the shop floor always put my dog at ease. He remembered the vet up stairs. Typical dog issue.
They deserve more than 5 stars as they’d always go above and beyond.

Always have the products I need

Staff always friendly and polite. My dogs on a hypoallergenic diet and I find they have a good range of food and treats to suit his needs.

Always all the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and so willing to give advice and help. You have a great stock atmosphere and you should appreciate these wonderful employees.

They team of staff there are friendly and helpful and always remember us even though we only go in once a week. It's a shame they no longer sell pets as we would have purchased more at some stage.

Needed advice about cat
Food, lovely staff member called Sasha went through all the types for us, and advised on which would be best for our overweight cat. She was busy, but took time to advise us. This young lady is a credit to Jollyes!

I found most of what I wanted, and then after paying at the till,I remembered I needed something else. The lady at the till told me where to find it. Yes we have just rescued a dog and needed to buy a lot of new stuff for him. Jolleys was a great place to find it all at reasonable prices..
