Not just a pet food store! The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and this helps so much. We had a lot of conflicting advice from the vet and we were at a loss. Jolleys is something we stumbled on whilst off to the other pet food store and we always go back. Our cat has a good diet now with food he cleans the bowl with.

Quick, efficient and cost friendly service. Megan has a lovely rapport with the dogs she grooms, I felt confident leaving him there.

My puppy was 11months old an English Bulldog the groomer was complaining she had no help and jolleys are refusing to hire any more groomers. The groomer shaved my Bulldogs Bum which should NEVER BE DONE and cut his little tail in two areas which became infected also did not dry him properly in his creases which caused soreness cut his nails too short according to the vets he was rushed to vets on the following Monday at 5.30am after hearong him crying outside seeing his tongue was blue we had to travel to our out of hours vets. The vets total cost of vets bill just over £1300 we had insurance so approximately £350 out of my pockets I got in touch with the company they threw me under the bus after 42emails including vets documents pictures of medications all the procedures my English Bulldog had to go through they put £27 back into my bank account trying to put in down to dermatitis which Im sure vets are much more educated in this field than jolleys. An absolute joke.Don't try to get out this 'clipped&shaved areas on puppies tail' so even if this was dermatitis WHO CAUSED IT .... YES YOUR GROOMER. You never ever shave or clip an English Bulldogs tail.

Everything you enter Jolleys you know they're going to have everything you need for your pets .... the shop is always clean abd tidy the staff are always friendly abd nothing is ever too much trouble for them . They are knowledgeable about the things you need to know about diet and best things for your animals . They have a pet grooming service in the store too. Thank you Jolleys .

The variety of good quality good is great. The staff are only too happy to help albeit to find things you need or carry goods to the car for ne.
Great value for moneys too

Had to take some tins of chicken dog food back as on my last visit all the beef had gone. There were only mixed tins of beef and chicken left. Tried dogs with a tin of chicken but didn't like it. My hubby took rest of tins back and was given a refund towards the new packs of beef which was very kind of the manager and saved us some money. Staff very helpful in making sure we had what we needed. Thank you.

We come to jollyes for all things related to the good health of our backyard chickens. The hull kingswood store has a good range of products and the staff without exception are hard working , friendly and helpfull. Having a pet store nearby that sells 20kg bags of chicken layers pellets makes life easier for us . Mite treatment applied to back of their necks for birds . stuff you cant buy in normal pet store. So 5 stars from us for fantastic service and products for all pets.

Staff are lovely but you didn't have the cat biscuits I normally buy (purina sensitive) this could be due to them being on offer so may have sold out quickly.

It was quick and easy and we found what we wanted straight away

I rang the hull store as I wanted to see if the sold puppy teething gel. I also asked them about worming tablets for a nursing dog. The lady went above and beyond and checked which brand would be suitable for a nursing dog and also double checked by looking on the website of the tablets. She then also left the puppy teething gel and the worming tablets behind the till until I got there later in the day. This was a very positive experience and would definitely recommend jollies
