Staff member very friendly but I’ve been part of the pet club for years always buy my dog food from you, and enjoyed the benefits of a bit off the price when you used monthly tokens, I thought this was carrying on but just not with the monthly tokens but I realised when I bought my pet food this week I didn’t get any reduction in price so cannot see the point of being in your pet club anymore. ☹️

Took my dog to be groomed & Bradley did a fantastic job. She's normally really anxious about having her nails clipped but he managed to do them all with no issues. Really friendly service & very reasonable prices. Will definitely be using them again.

I have recently had problems using the website and the app so didn't know I had vouchers available. The staff instore were very helpful even though they were unable to rectify the problem. They gave me good advice. I was then able to get the problem resolved by phone.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful.
