Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff! Help with choosing the right dog food for my recently re-homed dog.
Two young ladies at Maidstone branch were great. Also on the till, one lady did my new dog ID tag for me.

Your pet Club is not value for money anymore
My dog loves the food and we come by every month to purchase the lifestage. I grabbed the food and waited in line to find only one cashier with a long queue behind. Once I was served I was then asked if I was part of the pet club, which I am (which is getting worse) so once I paid I received a voucher receipt for £2 off my next purchase that expires in 12 days. Why only 12 days? That’s way too short. With the pet plan we used to have 15% off then it was reduced to 10% then that stopped so it’s not really worth continuing - message to the bosses make this worth while to your loyal long time customers or just reduce some of your prices. It seems a waste of time keep giving my postcode information every time I shop at Jolleys to not get anything discounted.
