From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Helpful staff

Helpful staff, fantastic prices for our multi dog and cat household. Good choice of brands and all pets needs catered for will be going again very soon ,but buying in bulk t there prices ,can relax for three weeks

I have just started using Jolleys as I…

I have just started using Jolleys as I brought my granddaughter 2 baby rabbits. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We did have an issue when purchasing the double rabbit hutch online as it got cancelled after a couple of days as they couldn’t find one so we had to go to a different store further a field,As our local store was out of stock.. but my experience so far is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had 3 very excitable 6momth old…

I had 3 very excitable 6momth old puppies and the staff dealt with them so lovingly, they calmed them down well. The vet was amazing with them all and answered every question I had in great detail. Unfortunately 2 of the puppies had an accident but the staff reassured me that it wasn't a problem and they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Jollyes to everyone I know.
