From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

The young woman who served on Christmas Eve was very helpful and professional. I hope her back is better
Staff have no idea about products they sell.
They watch you struggle instead of asking if you would like them to help.
the choice of treats for my alba and the staff are so nice and helpful
Served quickly when I was in a rush, the dog food I’ve been buying for years is regularly on offer which helps when on a very tight budget.
Always great friendly service here and value for money
Andrew is always lovely and polite when I shop in store.
Im not sure about the Loyalty scheme though, seems non existant
Dog loves shopping here, disappointing that we bought treats and a jacket but a £20 new retractable lead had to be unlocked and taken to checkout and left for me! Also new store In Perth you have to ask for a biscuit for the dog where as in the old shop they were always available at the checkout without asking! Perhaps its time to go to pets at home where there loyalty card gives discount.
Lovely staff - large store with wide aisles and good range of products for my cat Tommy.
The young chap serving was pleasant and friendly.. he served professionally and gave a great cheery farewell.. felt like he was really glad of the customer.. didn't catch his name but he was wearing a face mask, which you might think would serve as a barrier, however, completely the opposite.
Always what I want in stock, easy to find, great prices and helpful friendly staff
Great store, great range of products, staff always friendly and helpful
Shop seems rather poorly managed. We had an issue with the 2nd vaccine not being available when they know in advance you’re coming in. Also I bought a puppy dog toy for £5 that turned out was simply not fit for purpose - like a very cheaply made toy you might win at a cheap arcade. Falling apart literally within 10 seconds. The chap on the till initially disputed whether i should be entitled to an exchange or refund. Saying he wouldn’t have chosen that for his dog. (My dog is not a husky and was only 10 weeks old and fell apart instantly as it was such poor quality) I was granted a credit. The vet clinic although handy, was rather chaotic. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly despite these issues. Could also use instructions on the tag engraving machine that you need to ask staff to release your chosen style. 10 minutes wasted struggling with that and no intervention from staff who can see you attempting to get a tag off while they are at the till.
Staff to busy talking to other members of staff while serving. No dog biscuit for the dog either
