The till assistant was sullen and disinterested until he found out i was a card holder, then his manner completely changed to welcoming and polite..its a great shame i wasnt welcomed into the store with the same enthusiasm not just as i was paying!

Love your shop and always receive great customer service. Today was just a little off. Girl who served me forgot to give me my £4 change until I mentioned it to her. Also, I always get my discount on dog food but today i didn’t. Understand it’s not huge issue but things like that can add up to a not so good customer experience. Thanks.
