Normally very happy shopping here but on this occasion I realized when I got home the ten percent wasn’t deducted from the 12 kg bag of royal canin dog food which would of been a big saving from this experience I will be asking in store for a receipt normally I get one by email but this time I didn’t get one I did also check my junk mail but nothing very disappointing

I ordered a click and collect order in Peterborough store. On arrival, the carpark was almost empty and easy to park right outside the front door. I went in and the lady at the till was speaking to a customer on the phone. While she was busy I had a very quick look at the cat treats and picked a few packets off the shelves. I went to the counter and the lady was still on the phone to someone, she looked at me but didn't make any body language actions to show signs of ending the call. She was on the phone for about 10 minutes from the moment I entered the store. She ended the call and apologised for the wait. I told her I had come to collect an order and she shouted towards the back of the store where another shop worker had come out the back doors, that worker then asked me what I had ordered and asked me to follow her to the back. She took my order out of the freezer and handed them to me. I went back to the counter to pay for the cat treats, as I had already paid for the online order. The lady asked if I would like to donate any cat and dog treats to the local pet rescue kennels, to which I answered yes go on then. She added the price of those to my in-store shopping items and I paid by card. The whole shopping process, from using the website click and collect to leaving the store, was easy and I didn't feel rushed or awkward at all. I have severe anxiety and usually really struggle shopping inside shops, I always shop online. This experience has made me feel less anxious about shopping in store and helped me realise that click and collect is a great way to still order online but gets me out of the house stress-free too. I highly recommend Jollyes in Peterborough to anyone wanting to get anything for their much loved furbabies and pets. Thank you for making my whole shopping experience easy and stress-free.

I was looking at some new food products for my cat, and I had forgotten my glasses so I couldn’t read a thing. The staff were very helpful in telling me the ingredients, dates etc.

Staff were extremely helpful and covered everything I asked about. Their prices are amazing and affordable, I’ve been recommended this place to everyone I know who has pets.

I bought Autarkey dog food. It was extremely good value a there was £6 off. However had to get on the floor to read the price. Would be helpful to put prices where they can be seen
