From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Jollyes takes no responsibility for poor product past the buck because I used Uber eats for delivery

Bought a dog bed using the uber Eats delivery app , item arrived but after a nights use found the bed to be not fit for purpose, the large dog bed has no firm structure when the dog lays against it leans into it the side wall just folds in or out collapses tips the bed not good for a large dog with hip issues , because I bought through Uber Eats app Jollyes customer services just told me to go to u er to complain Uber just said there let the store know and it will help them do better next time , just disgusting neither taking responsibility for the poor product , the stores Jollyes was very very poor reply no empathy no help what’s so ever , sends if you use there store but don’t buy instore directly they don’t want to know when things go wrong will contact trading standards as this can not be right with our buying laws as this comes under distance buying

Good value cat pouches

Good value cat pouches, and also bought some bird fat balls. My cat prefers gravy to jelly, and not a lot of places sell pouches with gravy. Will definitely shop there again.
