Staff always friendly and helpful
Staff always friendly and helpful. Lots of variety of products. The changes I didn’t like were the 3 for 2 offer on the Lifestage grain free large bag of treats which isn’t on any more. They were originally £9.99 a bag so you got three bags for £19.98. Now they are priced on offer at £8 each. So I ended up paying £24 for three bags just coz my two dogs love them but I won’t buy them again sadly. I feel like they’ve changed their pricing (like other shops) to make us feel like we are getting a bargain but in fact charging us more. Such a shame.

I won't be using jollyes anymore
I won't be using jollyes anymore , I have to travel 5 miles to get there only to find they never have what I want in stock, so I travel another 7 miles to the next one on the off chance I might be lucky, sometimes I am. The only place I can get what I want is on eBay, I held off as long as I could but after 14 months I've given in.
