Charging for declined items
I have twice now had add on charges at the till to my purchases that I had declined. Thing is they were 'charitable' so would later feel mean kicking up a fuss for a refund. As much as I would like to get behind the cause I cannot afford to be flippant with my money. More importantly NO MEANS NO!!! It's been twice now...leave me alone with your review emails.

Wrong info on pet care
Came into store for hamster supplies and was told at checkout that the xs whimzee toothbrushes that I purchased were not suitable and not to purchase them. This is incorrect information. Yes the ingredients have changed on some of their products, but the toothbrush is completely safe. I'm not sure what training your staff have had on animal welfare but making customers feel guilty about buying products for their pets is not good customer service
