From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

The young lady was very polite and helpful. Which to be honest eat is very unusual as some of the staff are ruid.
Great store
Great store. Huge range at affordable prices. The reason I gave 4 stars is I would have liked to see more staff to be able to ask for advice and would have definitely purchased more, but the lady at checkout was lovely 🙂

Whilst the service was good as usual the two santander toys purchased for the dogs did not last 1 minute and after a couple of chews fell apart with internal fluff almost swallowed. Extremely poor quality and should not be sold.

The staff are always ready to help and advise on any subject that may concern animal welfare. The
girls are always happy to answer my questions, not that I really need much help at 72 years old after picking my first puppy from a pet shop in Lake Road Portsmouth in 1955. I named him spot
after the dog in a child's nursery rhyme. All this will be way over your head. But I would like to say that Maya and staff are well worth the visit.

This make a complaint again only about the customer service department and the store . I have again gone in there to get live insects and be told that no old will be placed to next week when told they will by Friday and order date will changing by head office who have no idea what they doing . I had go elsewhere and get what need which me more expense with costs and lose the money on insects that were dead. This store has gone down hill and customer service department are not interested at all and lose already spent . They interested in there customer's only making money at customer experience. I don't recommend this store as lost faith with jollies or together. A rubbish experience

Happily ever after!
Once upon a time on Saturday, we got in the car and went to Jollyes to buy a lovely new bed for Millie the cat. We took the fleecy bed home and placed it near the fireplace all cosy and warm but naughty Millie wouldn’t go near it! She thought to herself, “no! I don’t that funny bed, I want to carry on sleeping on top of that furry gilet on the settee!” We Just didn’t know what to do and thought Millie would never sleep on the lovely new bed. But just then - three days later on Wednesday, Millie looked at it, sniffed it and thought “Ooh this looks very nice!” and so Millie began to slowly climb over the side, she turned around three times and there we found her, all curled up fast asleep on her lovely new bed, all the way from Jollyes! Well done Millie, what a good girl! The end.
