I took my dog to your groomers he had a 2 hour appointment. The following week I had a parking fine. Made an appeal but got rejected. I'm afraid I will not be using your groomers again nor your pet shop. I will also be telling my friends to be careful of using you too

First time visiting the store in Reading. Was impressed with how the store was laid out. Easy to find what I wanted. Had a great selection of natural dog treats. The two shop assistants were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back again.
