Old fashioned proper service
I was greeted by a tall salesman who offered to show me dog crates as I needed the crate to fit in the boot of my car. He happily unboxed, built it and carried it to my car. I said I’d have it and was advised to join the pet club for the discount. All done and driving away within 15 minutes with what I felt was outstanding service levels. Brilliant.

A collasible cat carrier for 34.99 when i got home zip damaged look like its been chewed by rodents was taken off top of shelving.couldnt use it i live in kent and work in Essex rarely so got it over there so no time to take back and needed for vet appointment waste of money

Great choice of treats for my puppy Coco, who decided to do a wee whilst in there and the staff were fantastic and cleaned it up no problem and no fuss. This was my second visit to my local Jollyes and I can't wait to go again
