I had a great experience at the pet shop thanks to one of the assistants, Pixie. She was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about food options for my dog. I never felt rushed, and Pixie made sure I left with something that actually suited my pet's needs.

Awful service
Awful service. Not sure what's wrong with the lady behind the till, she was rude to the customer she was serving a couple of customers in front of us, then had a issue because the customer in front of us, let us go first....didnt say please, thank you, goodbye all the basic things we do as human beings.....AVOID AVOID AVOID

I went in for raw food and the freezers were mostly empty. Wasted drive. I had to get the leftovers of what was available

As good as it gets 7+ ocean feast large box
We went to jollyes as they sell the food 'as good as it gets ' 7+ ocean feast large set, many other shops either only sell the smaller version or don't sell it at all. We also found other items such as litter tray liners and scratch boards for a good price.
