Went twice in the last week, the lady who served me was nice and friendly, she advised if jumper I bought for dog didn't fit i could take back. Went back yesterday and the gentleman was really nice and advised could swop it for something else. Was a nice experience to swop item with no problems.

Felt like an escape room
First time shopping in the st Helens store. Shelving is way to close and aisles are very narrow and high making you feel like you need to escape feeling uncomfortable. Disappointed that some offers had full priced similar items mixed in making it a chore to pick up the right products. Till staff extremely helpful although there was only one person working at them with a qué of 5/6 people in front of me and a few behind us.
It would take some serious temptation for me to go to this store to browse and shop for my 3 pets.

The Jollyes store is a very friendly environment the staff are committed to ensure the customers and their pets are fully looked after.If for some reason they don't have what you require they are willing to offer you another alternative the club card vouchers are an excellent idea for families who love their pets but are struggling.
