Small store
The store wasn't what I thought it would be going by your other larger stores. You didnt have the food I need for my puppy and when I asked about was told they were making it anymore which isn't true.

Lovely, very helpful staff. Carried food boxes to cash desk and loaded into my car. I am so grateful as I have hand and spinal difficulties.

Feeding my fur baby!
Didn’t have the sized bag of dry dog food I wanted but managed to get a smaller alternative. Staff were really helpful and welcoming as always. Regularly use this store and would recommend!

Whenever I go into Jolleys in Stevenage the young people are always so helpful and polite. Also their prices compared to other pet shops can be more reasonable. It’s also easy parking.
