Poor customer service
Usually visit the congleton store, but tried the stoke store while I was near. Half of the freezers were empty but managed to get what I needed. Came to pay and use the money off voucher that I had been hounded with by email, but the member of staff could get it to work and was very apologetic. When she asked the manager he was very dismissive and told me that he wouldn't honour the voucher and id have to contact customer services. Really dismissive approach to something really simple especially as id spent a fair amount in store.

When it was the old place on Victoria…
When it was the old place on Victoria Road stoke on trent. It was cheap. Then they opened the new place and price went up in price.i find it cheaper to buy fresh meat from the supermarket.
