Went in jollies Fenton Stoke-on-Trent on trent yesterday, the service was awful went for some advice, the young girl didn't know any advice and then she direct me to another person she was older grey hair but she was very abruptly said we don't do any wet food, I said no I don't want wet food only advice on foods, I could have walked straight out of the shop but I did spend some money, but your staff need to know how be more polite and have more customer service skills I would certainly look into it before you lose any more customers by not giving the right advice

First Impressions :)

Fantastic store on Victoria road!
Amazing store and not only that the staff! Oh my god they are so kind and friendly!! Big dog lovers aswel! They are all so easy to talk to and also offered me so great advice for my fur baby. Also the dog food is a bargain! My dog is a fussy boy and he’s had a empty bowl every time since.. just wanna say you’ll be well looked after with these..
