Fabulous range of food for our dogs and really good price
Lady was excellent with my puppy being his first time in the groomers
It’s always a pleasure to shop at the Wrexham store. They make a fuss of my little dog every time we go in The staff are always helpful and on hand
They are lovely with the dogs and I am really pleased with the clip they have given paddy
I love Jollyes . Our branch is fabulous, sells a good variety of products, the staff are superb,,(friendly, helpful, happy, knowledgeable). But I was so disappointed with yesterdays trip. Spent virtually £90, we always spend a lot of money as we have 3 dogs and we like to feed the wild birds. We gave our postcode in as always and as we were asked to thinking it'd take off the discount as were part of the Pet Club. The cashier never said anything. It was only when looking at the receipt we realized the discount wasn't taken off so we went back to the store to be told Jollyes aren't doing the Pet Club anymore, that the discounts are seen within the store itself. I can't understand why the cashier asked for our postcode and never said anything to us re the Pet Club. There were no signs up telling us it had stopped or anything. I havnt received an email or anything. I really think that it very unprofessional and a slap in the face to Jollyes regular customers. If the Pet Club has stopped we as customers should have been told, we shouldn't have had to go all the way back to the store because of our receipt to then be told. The discount has always helped us out so much. Very sad.

Always a great experience in Wrexham Jollyes, very helpful friendly and professional, it’s my Labradors favourite shop, he also loves going to the groomers there too
Wrexham - Love the store, we've been a member and regular customer for years. Thought we would continue to support by using the grooming service for our new puppy -- big mistake
Went to see if they were available for a walk in nail clipping (as advertised on the window). Groomer already has a dog in so I said I could see she was busy and we'd come back. Had the response "well it says we do walk ins so I guess we do" and told me to bring our dog in - who is a 16 week old puppy. First attempted to do his nails in the front parlour, didn't introduce herself to him just started grabbing at his paws, so he was distressed from the start. She was not happy about this, and after several failed attempts she took him over to the table to leash him to try that way. When he didn't calm down she SCREAMED at him -- actually screamed.. then continued to huff until eventually giving up and told me to take him to the vet as he was "a danger to himself", turned her back and that was the end of our interaction..
I honestly felt like an inconvenience from the start, I don't think she had the time/ effort to do them, and I wish she'd have just been honest about the fact when I suggested we come back.. rather than put us all through such a stressful experience. Couldn't get out of there quick enough. Will not be "darkening their doors" again... Shocking...
