Used to be able to book for just nail clipping x 2. At a day and time that was convenient. My appointment was then cancelled, and told that we could do walk in, and didnt require an appointment. Which results in being charged more for walk in. Which is unfair. I prefer a booking as we are not required to wait longer than necessary and subsequently being charged at the booking price not a walk in. I have used this every 4 weeks for the last few months. And if this is the way forward I will be going elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Asked for advice on items behind counter, young girl looked confused and had to get another colleague to assist. Who just pointed at items but I need to know which would be the best. The item wasn’t handed over nicely and when paid I had to reach over for the item as it was by the till. No personal
Interaction, felt awkward and would have happily left the store but I knew my dog needed some kind of relief but will consider my options before visiting the store.
