More than two weeks delivery time
More than two weeks delivery time, sorry but that is too long 2020. I did not get a tracking id once the product finally was shipped. Once the product arrived it was in good conditions and works perfectly, but due to the long delivery time I am not satisfied with the service provided.

As someone mentioned:schlechter Kundenservice. I never saw anything like that. Perhaps a team does not decide about the rules, however it takes ages, complicated ideas, and unnecessery debates. No service in Germany. Thats useless, if an item works bad.
