Good first impression :)

For first experience in the website it was very easy and fun to shop around and good variety to choose from. But I couldn't know delivery date first hand I ordered it from Helsink.

We bought a bathtub that did not live…

We bought a bathtub that did not live up to our expectations and asked for a return. They declined as it had been used once. Only by using it, open the package etc, could we know it was unsatisfactory. We explained this, even took photos requested. And they still declined the return.
