I buyed fast post, but they forgot to mark it fastpost, and came like normal post, child did not get his present for birthday! Ok, 9.90 they sayd would pay me back for fast delivery. Electric car came but there was missing ruuvi for seat. I had to buy new ones :(

Extremely Poor Customer Service Experience - Urgent Complaint
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service I have received from your company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of customer care and delivery experience I have encountered.
Firstly, your customer service has been abysmal. It has been incredibly difficult to get in touch with a representative, and when I finally managed to do so, the assistance provided was unhelpful and failed to address my concerns adequately. This lack of attention and support is completely unacceptable.
Moreover, I attempted to file a complaint through your website, only to find that it was not functioning properly. The technical issues prevented me from registering my complaint and left me feeling unheard and ignored. This is a clear indication of the poor attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Additionally, the delivery of my order was a complete disaster. Not only was it split into four separate shipments, but each part was also sent to a different address. This careless mistake has caused significant inconvenience and frustration on my part. It is inconceivable that such a basic error could occur and reflects poorly on your company's organizational abilities.
To add insult to injury, the invoice for my purchase arrived much later than expected, further highlighting the overall lack of efficiency and reliability in your operations.
Based on this horrendous experience, I can confidently say that I will never consider doing business with your company again. I expect a prompt resolution to these issues and a sincere apology for the substandard service I have endured.

I ordered as a gift and the delivery address was specified, and in the confirmation of my order is the gift address but in the tracking number shows that it's coming to my address not to where i specifically specify i wanted to send it which is in another city. I call 3 times to you customer service during the time when is open but was impossible to communicate with anyone. Package has not yet arrive, so i hope is a mistake in posti website and it actually gets delivered to the address i ask for.
