Really good service
Really good service, the payment went thru fast and posti calld ehen they was comming, delivery to door. I made testing order whit 3 ithems and it workt better then I was thinking. It was good packing and so now I know its serious page and does work, I can do bigger order next time. I really like there is so much. And prises on everything. You made my day coomplete,Thank you!

Poor customer service
I sent emails complaining about the wrong shipping address, didn't reach agreement with them, then they didn't answer my emails. I had to go to the chatbox and asked again, they said it is my responsibility to give my current address, but of course I just created an account with my contact details including name, shipping address, phone number and email address before I placed that order. Also, the one answered my questions from chatbox was very impolite, I'm very disappointed with this company, not only lost my time to choose a long list of items, but also lost money to pay them return cost.

Titaniumbaby leikkikehä is a scam. It doesnt close at all , once it is opened. The open and close mecanism is not working at all and is difficult to use because it is not well built. I was so ungry that I broke the whole apparatus . I lost 79 Eur. but this is the last time I will buy anything from Jollyroom.
