The brooch was exactly as shown on the website. I made a call to the shop as I couldn’t expand the description and I received all the information I required to make the purchase. Easy to use payment system and information re purchase immediately emailed. The postage/delivery time was phenomenal. Although I ordered in the afternoon my purchase was delivered via the mail service first thing the next morning. Highly recommend.

Not only is it a fantastic concept to rescue old jewellery and you can find some fantastic pieces to suit all tastes but their customer service is 2nd to none. Through no fault of theirs a ring I had bought lost a small stone. They without hesitation offered to repair at no cost ( I was fully prepared to contribute ). Unfortunately DPD lost the package but Jolly’s offered to replace with another ring which ended up being of higher value. All my phone interaction with them has been a pleasure. Will definitely be my first point of call for new jewellery pieces and any repairs/ reworks.

I used Jolly’s for the valuation of a number of items for insurance purposes. They were professional, efficient, extremely helpful and even highlighted which items had a value below the insurance threshold meaning a valuation was not necessary.

So when I received the ring, it was sold as a O1/2 but it was a size P so they told me to send it back and they would resize it, they did it for free and service was excellent, thank you so much perfect fit much appreciated x

Tom was very nice ,helpful and patient. The service was second to none . Purchased a beautiful emerald & diamond ring looks like new, all thou it’s vintage . Prices are very reasonable as I was looking for an Emerald ring for over a week on the internet . Will be using Jollys for any other jewellery items in the future.

Bought an item on line after speaking to a salesman by phone. They checked the item was still available and set it aside for me.
The item arrived on the date stated and was well packaged to avoid damage and came with a complimentary bag.

I asked to view an item online and my request was confirmed quickly. The whatsapp viewing was on time and Ashley was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I decided to buy the item, with another one. I experienced a problem so contacted Ashley. Again, he was very helpful and patient, and found a solution to my problem.
In short, the level of service, approachability and experience made the buying process a very pleasant experience.
I have now received my purchases and am more than happy with them: beautiful jewellery at fair prices.
